Carmel joined R&H in 2011 and specialises in the provision of support to trustees and other fiduciaries regarding the investment process.
Carmel has worked as an investment consultant to the fiduciary industry for more than 20 years. During this time she has been employed as an in-house consultant for HSBC Republic, Walbrook Group and Barclays Wealth and as an independent consultant through Enhance Investments. She has significant experience in the management and review of the investment process as well as the monitoring of operational and investment risk within trustee portfolios.
Carmel has been a member of the Chartered Securities & Investment Institute since 2002, became a Fellow in 2009 and gained Chartered status in 2010. She completed a Masters in Finance with the Open University in 2021.
