Matthew joined R&H in 2020 as a senior company secretary in Fund Services, having previously served as the Company Secretary of Standard Bank Offshore Group.
Matthew has over 20 years of experience in the finance sector and since 2012 has specialised in company secretarial services and corporate governance practice.
Matthew qualified as a chartered secretary in 2008, becoming an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), the Chartered Governance Institute. In 2020, Matthew was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute.
