Phil qualified as a Chartered accountant in 2000 and has worked for R&H in both the BVI and Jersey.
Prior to joining R&H, Phil worked at Director level for UBS Fund Services where he oversaw the administration of a wide range of property and infrastructure funds and acted as the local lead on various tax transparency projects.
Phil is a subject matter expert in FATCA, CRS, BEPS and Economic Substance.
Phil was the proud winner of the 2020 STEP Worldwide Excellence Award for best performance gloablly in the STEP Advance Certificate in Trustee Investment & Financial Appraisal.
